Membership isn't easy. We are NOT an MC, and we do not have a probate process.  However, you do have to earn your patch from us.
Yes, it is a generic patch and yes anyone can buy one online, however, buying a patch online doesn't mean anything does it? If you want to be a
"Brother" and be in our LDRC its simple, ride with us and show us what you are about and when we see what you are about and we like you,
We will invite you to take your patch ride. A patch ride consists of a 700 Mile ride in one day. One day isn't 24 hours, One day to us is from when
you get up to when you go to sleep. thats one day.

What kind of bike do you need? What kind do you have? As long as you can keep up on the highway, then you can ride it with us. we don't care
if you ride a street bike, a cruiser or a crotchrocket. If you are crazy enough to ride with us then you are in!

We also do not have a strict chain of command. In the past  a chain of command with lots of steps has destroyed good groups with all
the in fighting that goes one with a struggle for power. We have a President, a Vice-President and a 1st and 2nd officer. this is designed to
keep things simple and friendly. Withen our chapters people may take on other traditional roles to help out their chapters, like road captains
and tail gunners, But they are not considered ride club officers. Guys take on these roles to help the group and not for personal gain.

We do not require that our guys ride in formation, But generally we ride tight for safety. Most group ride accidents happen when
some one falls behind and a driver is watching the pack and ignoring the lone rider who fell behind. We have no desire to have
any of our guys get hurt, so we try to plan our rides to be safe. We have one simple rule:
"Don't F#@& up the ride for everyone else!"
getting hurt breaks that rule!

We also don't have any set rules about riding with other groups, This is intentional because most of us have friends that ARE in MC's
and we know they have rules about riding with other clubs and RC's. By not having any rules about this we can ride in back without breaking our rules.
We also invite other groups and clubs to ride with us any time!
